Clients signing up for a virtual mailbox, business address, or registered agent service must comply with all state and federal laws.

• USPS Regulations: You agree to complete and notarize USPS Form 1583 as required by federal law before mail can be received or forwarded.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information upon registration. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your service.

You may use our services and your designated suite number only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our address or services:

In no event shall Movers of Pennsylvania LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website or mail services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any delayed, lost, or damaged mail or freight.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
